Terms and Conditions for Patients & Clients
Last updated: August 2026
Version 4.0 | August 2026 | Governing Law: Malta
1. Services
Aurevon Health operates as an international medical tourism intermediary, connecting patients with independently licensed and accredited healthcare providers across Europe. Aurevon Health also operates a public directory of healthcare providers (the "Healthcare Providers Directory") where clinics are listed on a paid subscription basis. Aurevon Health is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We facilitate the connection between patients and clinics and coordinate the referral process.
2. No Fees to Patients
Aurevon Health's services are free to patients. We do not charge patients any fees for enquiries, coordination, or referral services. Our revenue is derived from healthcare providers who subscribe to listing tiers in our directory. Patients are responsible only for the costs of their own medical treatment, travel, accommodation, and insurance, all of which are paid directly to the relevant providers.
3. Directory Listing Transparency
The Healthcare Providers Directory displays clinic listings on a paid subscription basis. Clinics subscribe to listing tiers (Crown Diamond, Corporate Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Regular) which determine the visibility and prominence of their listing. Higher-tier listings appear more prominently in search results and featured sections. This is a paid placement and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality or suitability of a clinic's services by Aurevon Health. Patients should independently verify the credentials, accreditation, and suitability of any healthcare provider before proceeding with treatment.
4. No Medical Advice
Information provided on the Aurevon Health website, including clinic listings, treatment descriptions, and destination guides, is for general informational and coordination purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of any kind. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician regarding any medical condition.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Aurevon Health makes no representations or guarantees regarding the outcomes of any medical treatment or procedure facilitated through our coordination service. Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Third-Party Healthcare Providers
Aurevon Health is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or malpractice of any third-party healthcare provider. All clinical decisions, treatments, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare provider and the patient. Patients are strongly encouraged to independently verify the credentials, accreditation, and regulatory standing of any healthcare provider before committing to treatment.
7. Patient Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information to Aurevon Health and your chosen healthcare provider; making all clinical decisions in consultation with your chosen medical team; discussing the risks of any medical procedure with your healthcare provider; arranging appropriate travel and health insurance, including complication insurance where required by the destination country; complying with all visa, immigration, and travel requirements of your destination country.
8. Age Restriction
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over only. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.
9. Account Creation and Deletion
You may create an account to manage your enquiries and communications with Aurevon Health. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@aurevonhealth.com. Upon deletion, your personal profile and login access are removed, and your personal identifiers are anonymised within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
For information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We process special category health data on the basis of your explicit consent under GDPR Article 9(2)(a).
11. Cross-Border Healthcare Rights
If you are an EU or EEA resident seeking medical treatment in another EU or EEA country, you have specific rights under EU Directive 2011/24/EU on patients' rights in cross-border healthcare. These include the right to seek treatment abroad, the right to reimbursement information, the right to safe and high-quality treatment, the right to a medical record, and the right to a second opinion. Aurevon Health does not make reimbursement claims on your behalf. Please see our Your Rights page for full details.
12. Financial and Pricing Information
Any pricing or cost-saving information displayed on this website is indicative only and may vary depending on individual circumstances. Pricing information shown on clinic listings is provided by the clinics themselves and is not verified or guaranteed by Aurevon Health.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU and Maltese law, Aurevon Health shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided through it, including but not limited to any medical outcomes, travel disruption, or financial loss. Aurevon Health's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the patient to Aurevon Health, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the intellectual property of Aurevon Health or its licensors, except for clinic listing content which is the property of the respective healthcare providers. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
15. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at info@aurevonhealth.com. We will respond within 10 working days. 20. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. No Waiver
No failure or delay by Aurevon Health in enforcing any provision of these terms shall constitute a waiver of that provision.
