Terms and Conditions for Healthcare Providers

1. Services

Aurevon Health operates an international medical tourism platform that includes (a) a public directory of healthcare providers (the "Directory") where clinics are listed on a paid subscription basis, and (b) a patient coordination service that connects patients with listed clinics. These Terms govern the relationship between Aurevon Health and healthcare providers who subscribe to listing tiers in the Directory. Aurevon Health is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Listing Tiers

Aurevon Health offers the following listing tiers for healthcare providers in the Directory:

Crown Diamond — highest visibility, featured placement in homepage carousel, priority search ranking, full profile with treatments, accreditations, and premium spotlight
Corporate Diamond — high visibility, featured placement, priority search ranking, full profile
Platinum — above-standard visibility, enhanced search ranking, full profile
Gold — standard visibility, standard search ranking, full profile
Silver — basic visibility, standard search ranking, basic profile
Regular — basic listing, directory inclusion only

The specific features, pricing, and duration of each tier are detailed on the View Partner Plans page. Tier features may be updated from time to time with notice to active subscribers.

3. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to a listing tier, you agree to the following terms: Subscription periods are offered as 12-month or 16-month terms, as displayed on the pricing page. Payment is due in advance and is processed via our secure payment provider at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment for the selected term. The promotional offer "16 months for the price of 12" applies only where explicitly displayed and may be withdrawn or modified at any time for new subscribers. Existing subscribers retain the terms under which they subscribed for the remainder of their term.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. At the end of your subscription term, your listing will revert to a basic (Regular) listing unless you actively renew your subscription. You will receive a notification email 30 days before your subscription expires. We will not charge your payment method without your explicit authorisation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations within 14 days of subscription commencement are eligible for a full refund (statutory cooling-off period under Maltese consumer law). Cancellations after 14 days are not eligible for a pro-rata refund of the remaining subscription period. Upon cancellation, your listing remains active until the end of the paid period and then reverts to a basic listing or is removed at your request. To cancel, contact info@aurevonhealth.com.

6. Listing Content and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for your directory listing is accurate, current, and complete. This includes clinic name, address, contact details, treatment types, accreditation details, descriptions, images, and any pricing information. You must update your listing information promptly if any details change. You agree not to submit content that is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or that violates any applicable law or regulation. Aurevon Health reserves the right to remove or modify listing content that it believes, in its sole discretion, is inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant with applicable regulations.

7. Public Display and Consent

By submitting listing content, you consent to the public display of your clinic information in the Aurevon Health Directory. Your listing content will be visible to all website visitors. You may request removal or modification of your listing at any time by contacting info@aurevonhealth.com, subject to the terms of your subscription.

8. Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers are responsible for: ensuring all information provided is accurate, current, and complete; complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction; maintaining all necessary licences, accreditations, and certifications throughout the subscription period; holding sole responsibility for all clinical decisions and patient outcomes; responding to patient enquiries forwarded by Aurevon Health in a timely and professional manner; maintaining appropriate professional indemnity and liability insurance.

9. Qualifications and Licensing

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary licences, accreditations, and certifications required to provide medical services in your jurisdiction, and agree to maintain these throughout your subscription. You must notify Aurevon Health immediately if any licence or accreditation is suspended, revoked, or expires.

10. No Direct Bypass

For a period of 24 months from the date your listing is activated, you agree not to circumvent the Aurevon Health platform by directly soliciting or accepting patients who were initially referred or introduced to you through the Aurevon Health platform, without Aurevon Health's involvement. This includes removing or discouraging patients from using the Aurevon Health coordination service for their appointment booking and communication. Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension of your listing and may give rise to a claim for damages.

11. Payment Terms

All subscription fees are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed via our secure payment provider. You authorise Aurevon Health to charge the subscription fee for the selected tier and term. If a payment fails, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment. Your listing may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

12. Listing Suspension and Removal

Aurevon Health reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing if: the provider's licence or accreditation is suspended, revoked, or expires; the listing content is found to be materially inaccurate or misleading; the provider breaches these Terms, including the no-direct-bypass clause; the provider receives a formal complaint from a patient that is not resolved satisfactorily; the provider engages in conduct that, in Aurevon Health's reasonable opinion, brings the Aurevon Health platform into disrepute. Where a listing is suspended for cause, no refund of the subscription fee shall be payable. Where a listing is removed in error, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

13. Disclaimer

Aurevon Health accepts no responsibility for any outcomes arising from medical decisions made by patients or clinical decisions made by providers. All clinical responsibilities rest directly with the relevant healthcare provider. Aurevon Health is an intermediary and directory platform and does not provide medical services.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to process patient information in strict compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, and to protect patient confidentiality at all times. You must not use patient data obtained through the Aurevon Health platform for any purpose other than facilitating the patient's medical treatment. 15. Sponsored Placement Disclosure

By subscribing to a listing tier, you acknowledge that your listing is a paid placement. Featured placements in the homepage carousel and premium spotlight sections are disclosed as "sponsored placement" or "featured partner" to comply with EU consumer protection and advertising regulations. Higher-tier listings are not endorsed by Aurevon Health and do not imply superior clinical quality.

16. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit for your listing, including images, descriptions, and logos. By submitting content, you grant Aurevon Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Aurevon Health website and in promotional materials for the duration of your subscription. You warrant that you have the right to use all submitted content, including images and logos, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurevon Health, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your listing content; (b) your medical services or clinical decisions; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

18. Complaints and Reviews

Patients may submit complaints about healthcare providers through the Aurevon Health platform. We will forward complaints to the relevant provider and expect a response within 10 working days. Aurevon Health reserves the right to display verified patient reviews on provider listings. We will not remove or alter reviews at the provider's request unless the review is demonstrably false or defamatory.

19. No Medical Advice

Aurevon Health does not provide medical advice through the platform. All clinical information displayed on provider listings is provided by the providers themselves. Patients must consult directly with the provider for medical advice and clinical decisions.

20. EU Regulatory Context

These Terms are provided in compliance with applicable EU law, including Directive 2000/31/EC (e-Commerce Directive), Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices Directive), and Directive 2011/24/EU (Cross-Border Healthcare). Healthcare providers are responsible for compliance with national advertising and healthcare regulations in their country of operation.

21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Directory after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between Aurevon Health and the healthcare provider regarding the use of the Directory and listing services.
